1. Store and eligibility
Dar Al Wahi Publication sells books and related publications from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You must be legally capable of entering a purchase contract and authorised to use the chosen payment method.
2. Products, prices and availability
Product descriptions, cover images and stock are maintained with reasonable care, but minor colour, printing or edition differences may occur. Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Delivery charges and the applicable 6% SST on courier charges are displayed separately before payment.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment is confirmed and the order can be fulfilled. If a title becomes unavailable, is materially misdescribed or has an obvious pricing error, we may contact you, offer an alternative or cancel and refund the affected amount.
3. Payment
Checkout is hosted securely by DOKU and may offer FPX, Visa, Mastercard and supported Malaysian e-wallets. DOKU and the relevant financial institution process your payment credentials. Our own systems rely on DOKU's signed server notification—not the browser redirect—to mark an order paid.
An order may remain pending while the payment provider confirms it. Do not make a second payment unless the order page clearly offers a retry or our team asks you to do so.
4. Delivery and customer responsibilities
Delivery charges, weight rules, estimates and international obligations are set out in the Shipping Policy. You are responsible for a complete, accurate and accessible delivery address and for responding to reasonable courier contact. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address or refused delivery may be charged before redelivery.
5. Returns, refunds and disputes
Returns and damaged/wrong-item claims are governed by our Refund Policy. Approved payment refunds are processed through DOKU or the original payment channel where supported. Contact us promptly so we can investigate and resolve a concern before a duplicate claim is initiated.
6. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit false or unlawful information, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it excessively or use its content to infringe another party's rights. The website design, original text, branding and other protected material may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Copyright in published books remains with the relevant rights holders.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our responsibility for a product claim is limited to the remedies required by applicable law and the amount paid for the affected goods.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms for future orders. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by Malaysian law and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
