Refund & Return Policy

We want every order to arrive correctly and in saleable condition. This policy explains the evidence, timing and process for returns and refunds.

Start every request by emailing daralwahi@yahoo.com with your order number. Do not send a parcel back until we confirm the return address and instructions.

1. Unopened returns

An unopened book in its original, resaleable condition may be returned by notifying us within seven calendar days after delivery. The customer is responsible for secure return packaging and tracked return postage unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

2. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours after delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging and courier label. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost, including reasonable return postage where a return is required.

3. Items we cannot accept as change-of-mind returns

  • Opened, read, marked, damaged or incomplete books.
  • Special-order, personalised or bulk-quantity items confirmed as non-returnable before purchase.
  • Items returned without authorisation or outside the stated period, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

4. Inspection and refund amount

We inspect returned goods after receipt. For an approved change-of-mind return, the refund covers the price paid for the eligible item; original and return delivery charges are not refunded. For a verified damaged, defective or incorrect order, we refund or replace the affected item and the directly related delivery charge.

5. Payment refund timing

We normally submit an approved refund within 5–7 working days after inspection or claim approval. DOKU, the bank, card network or e-wallet may require additional processing time; a completed gateway refund may take up to 10 business days to reach the customer. Card refunds are returned to the original card where required by the payment network.

6. Cancellations before dispatch

Contact us immediately. If the parcel has not been packed or handed to the courier, we will attempt to cancel it. Once dispatched, the normal return conditions apply. A payment that failed or expired is not charged and does not require a refund.

7. How to make a request

  2. Provide the order number, issue, requested remedy and photos.
  3. Wait for written return or disposal instructions.
  4. If returning an item, use tracked postage and retain the receipt.
