1. Malaysia delivery charges
For orders below RM60, checkout applies the published Ninja Van weight tier for either West Malaysia or East Malaysia. The courier charge is based on chargeable weight, which is the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is calculated as width × length × height in centimetres ÷ 5,000.
A separate 6% SST is calculated on the base courier charge. The order summary displays the books subtotal, delivery fee, shipping SST, discount and final amount sent to DOKU.
2. Dispatch and estimated transit
- Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- West Malaysia: approximately 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- East Malaysia: approximately 3–6 working days after dispatch.
- International: commonly 7–21 working days, depending on destination and customs.
Estimates are not guaranteed and exclude public holidays, severe weather, customs inspection, inaccessible addresses and other events outside our reasonable control.
3. International orders
Supported destinations and charges are shown at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. The recipient is responsible for any import duty, tax, customs fee, permit or local handling charge. We cannot mark a commercial order as a gift or understate its value.
4. Weight and availability safeguards
A title without an authoritative physical weight cannot be checked out until its weight is confirmed. Parcels beyond the supported courier ceiling or destinations without a configured service fail closed and direct the customer to request a manual shipping quote. This prevents silent undercharging.
5. Address, delivery attempts and tracking
Enter a complete street address, postcode, state and reachable phone number. Once dispatched, the order page and our team can provide the courier and tracking number. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, delivery was refused or reasonable delivery attempts failed, redelivery and return costs may be payable by the customer.
6. Damage, loss and support
Photograph visible parcel damage before opening where practical and contact us within 48 hours. For a parcel with no tracking movement or one marked delivered but not received, contact us promptly so we can open a courier investigation. Remedies are described in our Refund & Return Policy.
