Do you ship across Malaysia for free?
Yes — delivery is free anywhere in Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak) for orders of RM60 and above. For orders under RM60, a delivery fee applies based on the size and weight of your parcel. All orders are dispatched from our shop in Danau Kota, Kuala Lumpur.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Peninsular Malaysia typically arrives in 2–4 working days and Sabah & Sarawak in 3–6 working days. International delivery usually takes 7–21 working days depending on the destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide from Kuala Lumpur. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country. Any import duties or taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
How can I pay?
We accept FPX online banking, Visa & Mastercard, and Malaysian e-wallets — all processed through senangPay’s secure checkout. Your payment details are handled by senangPay and are never stored on our servers.
How do I track my order?
After checkout you are taken to your personal order status page, and the same link is included in your order confirmation email — you can open it at any time to check your payment and order status. Once your parcel is on its way, we’ll also email you the courier tracking number.
What is your return policy?
Unopened books in their original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Email daralwahi@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for return; we’ll confirm and share the return address within one business day. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
What if my book arrives damaged or I received the wrong title?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you — including return postage. WhatsApp +6019 337 2498 is the fastest way to reach us.
Can I order in bulk for a school, madrasah or masjid?
Yes — we regularly supply schools, madrasahs and institutions. Contact us by WhatsApp or email with the titles and quantities you need, and we’ll prepare a quote.
Can I visit your shop in Kuala Lumpur?
You’re welcome — we’re at 1-37, PV 128, Jalan Genting Kelang, Danau Kota, 53300 Kuala Lumpur. Business hours are Monday–Friday 9am–5pm and Saturday 9am–2pm; we’re closed on Sundays and public holidays. Please call +6019 337 2498 before visiting.
